So after wanting to start a blog for a long time, I've finally sat down and created one. Though I should be doing homework and writing papers, I've decided to take the procrastination route and do this instead! :) The name of the blog comes from a title that a number of friends and family have called me over the past two years. Two years ago my husband, daughter, and I welcomed our twins into the family. Not long after their birth my husband checked into his command on a Naval ship. Since then he hasn't spent a whole lot of time at home which in result has made me become more of a single-mom than a regular SAHM. It has been a ride these past two years. Moving without much assistance, going to school full time to earn my BS and Med in Education, and in the process taking care of our three little girls. Though many have called me Super Mom for my accomplishments, I don't quite feel as though I have earned the title, hence the title of this blog. We all strive to earn the Mother of the Year awards and though I think every mom has earned that award in some way or another, we keep pushing forward to make ourselves better.
On top of being a mom, wife, and student, I am also a pre-K teacher. Teaching is one of my favorite things to do and there have been so many adventures from my classroom that I look forward to sharing.
